Storyline: 

 A highschool student discovers one in all his classmates, Sakura Yamauchi, is full of a terminal sickness. This secret brings the 2 along, as she lives out her final moments. One day, “Me” – a highschooler – found a paperback within the hospital. The “Disease being Journal” was its title. it had been a diary that “Me”‘s schoolmate, Sakura Yamauchi, had written on the QT. Inside, it had been written that because of her duct gland sickness, her days were numbered. And thus, “Me” coincidently went from Just-a-Classmate to a Secret-Knowing-Classmate. it had been as if he were being drawn to her, World Health Organization was his polar opposite. However, the globe bestowed the lady that was 

already full of AN sickness with AN equally cruel reality.
